Water was dripping behind our gutters instead of into them every time it rained, and we had no idea why. They took one look and found the pitch was off the whole way down. Once it got corrected, the problem just disappeared.

We kept noticing our gutters sagging in the middle no matter how many times we tried to fix them ourselves. Turns out the brackets were old and just couldn’t hold the weight anymore. All-Pro Gutter Installation put in stronger supports and they’ve held up great since.

Our old gutters were so clogged that water was just pouring over the sides every time it rained. We didn’t realize how bad it had gotten until we saw water pooling right next to the foundation. All-Pro Gutter Installation came out, replaced everything, and now the water actually goes where it’s supposed to.

We had a leaking corner joint that kept causing water damage near our patio. They resealed the connection and reinforced the surrounding area. Even after several heavy rains, everything has stayed completely dry.

I found Bluegrass Rain Gutters at Berea's Spoonbread Festival and entered my mom's house for the raffle they had. I had told them that my dad had passed away a few years ago and that my mom was having a hard time keeping up with maintenance around the house. When I didn't when the raffle Eric and Skyler reached out to me to see about giving me an estimate as it had been about two years since the gutters had been cleaned. Eric came out gave me an estimate (while looking for any signs of damage to the gutters) for both just the cleaning and also one for guards that included a cleaning. Mom and I approved the estimate with the guards. We were both pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced it was and that a cleaning was included. The estimate also included KY sales tax. The crew came about a week later to clean everything out and to put the guards on. The crew was super nice and friendly. I had been worried about the side where all the trees were and asked about finding any trees in the gutters, they joked that they also found some carrots. Haha, I said that my secret garden was gone now. The crew cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. The crew worked fast and efficiently and was done pretty fast. Since Mom and I were heading to Richmond anyway, we dropped off payment at their office in Richmond. Everyone that I interacted with, be it over the phone or via text, were all nice, professional, and welcoming. My brother is currently working on building his house and I asked Eric how far out they go to see if the area they cover included where his house is. He said they cover about an hour out from Lexington and when I showed my brother's address, he said that they cover that area too. My brother has seen the guards on our mom's house and likes both the look and the price (although he said they'd do black instead of the white). Denny was very efficient in providing the estimate to have our gutters cleaned. The price was fair. The service was quickly scheduled. My first call was on Monday. Denny came and checked things out on Tuesday and also sent the estimate the same day. The service was scheduled on Wednesday and the work was completed on Friday. The guys providing the service were polite and friendly. They completed their work quickly and left no mess for us to clean up. I would definitely recommend this company and would call upon them again.

I had attempted to call several gutter companies. Either no one answered their phone, nor did they return my calls. One company came but never returned the quote. I contacted Bluegrass and Denny answered his phone! Came out to review the work, provided me with a reasonably priced quote. His crew were polite, worked hard in the cold weather and I am completely satisfied with the work performed. Denny, being a small business takes customer service seriously and I appreciate that in today's world. I have recommended him and will use him again for future service or projects. Initial service very responsive were able to provide same day service. Installers were friendly and did a very good job. Cleaned up after installation. Needed them to adjust drain slope after installation and they responded in a few days. Overall I recommend this company.

Great damn people! They had the lowest price. Steven came by personally for an estimate. I had three other estimates. They were the lowest. I got a four bedroom House done with gutters. It took about 3 hours. That's with gutter shield covers to keep the Leaves and debris out. Downspouts everything. I needed Brown Gutters too. I had Raingutter Specialists from Belchertown install a new 53’ white 0.032” 5” gutter with 2 @13’ downspouts and returns on my home garage today. They did an excellent job at a competitive price. The 2 installers were on time, well organized, very efficient, courteous, clean in their work habits and after completion, clean truck and equipment, obviously well experienced (understood that one of them has been employed by Stephen for 16 years- a good indication of the company). Definitely a nice professional operation and impression especially as I am a retired engineer with considerable experience in the construction industries. I would highly recommend them.

Best contractor I ever worked with. I called their number at 6am and Johnny answered the phone and promptly set up a free estimate for 2pm that same day through a calendar app. His crew arrived 20 minutes early and gave me a quick and fair estimate. He went the extra mile and showed up with his crew to do repairs on the 4th of July. THe work was completed within 2.5 hours. Most big contractors dont accept small jobs like mine, but he didnt hesitate. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything was done online. Hes gonna be my goto contractor from now on. 6-inch gutters can handle almost 50% more water than 5-inch gutters. They are installed with bigger 3”x4” downspouts for better water management. 6-inch gutters are less likely to get clogged up because they can handle more water flow, and they come with a bigger outlet.
